jenrgw Will You Do What Your Teen Has Done?

Teens had some shocking news at the recent Wired Safety International Mobile Safety Summit on Innovation and Best Practices, held at Pace University.  85% of the teens surveyed at the Summit admitted to being a passenger in a car with a distracted driver. Specifically, the teens admitted to driving with a parent or friend who was texting or talking on a cell phone while driving.

Teens participating in the summit were asked to take a pledge to stop distracted driving.  The Curb Distracted Driving Pledge asked teens to end one distracted driving habit per week until they were distraction free.

We are asking adults to do the same.  Please take our pledge to end distracted driving and use that pledge to change your own distracted driving habits in order to prevent a needless tragedy.
