jenrgw New Addition to New York Distracted Driving Law

Last week, New York Governor Cuomo signed an important bill into law.  The new New York distracted driving law will allow the police to treat texting and driving as a primary offense and to stop drivers whom they see texting and driving.  Drivers who are stopped may face a fine of up to $150.
