jenrgw Indiana Man Plows Through Pharmacy and Admits to Texting and Driving

A driver has admitted to texting and driver after a Connersville, Indiana crash last week.  On Tuesday July 5, 21 year old Lucas Harrison jumped a curb and crashed into Grandview Pharmacy on Chester Boulevard.  His car went right through the store and exited on the other side of the building.

Mr. Harrison has told the media that he texts and drives regularly and that he did not realize how dangerous it could be.  Luckily, no one was injured in this crash but the pharmacy was significantly impacted.

This accident occurred just five days after the Indiana distracted driving law went into effect.  Mr. Harrison was cited for illegal use of a telecommunications device.
