jenrgw Distracted Driving Accidents Are Not Always High Tech

A distracted driving accident that occurred on Monday May 23 in Midland Texas was not caused by a cell phone, a GPS, or even a radio.  Instead, police indicate that the accident was caused by a driver who was working on paperwork.

The crash occurred on the Loop 250 service road near Anetta Road.  According to police, a pickup truck ran out of gas. The driver got out of the truck and was standing between his truck and its trailer when another driver hit the man and killed him.
