Last October, an infant named Enzo Williams was killed when the car in which he was traveling was rear ended while stopped at a traffic light.  The accident occurred in Kitsap County, Washington.

Last week, 37 year old Sidney Wright entered a plea acknowledging that he would be found guilty for vehicular homicide related to Enzo’s death.  Mr. Wright was allegedly text messaging when he rear ended the car.  There is no evidence that Mr. Wright slowed down or attempted to brake prior to hitting the vehicle.

Mr. Wright has been sentenced to three years in jail for this texting and driving death.
